A month or so ago we unexpectedly closed off a night at Islington Metal Works which was damn inspiring for those that were there, and the London music scene in general. We’d heard Illum Sphere would be headlining but past tht were unaware of the goings on, and three parties later headed down to what turned out to be the residents launch of Tempo Clash – a regular night starting with the finest of the underground at it’s head. Kutmah, Offshore, Kidkanevil, Om Unit (all who’ve we’ve praised on these virtual pages before) and the man who’s possibly taking out artist of the year, Blue Daisy, have joined forces as residents for this night, crazy things considering we’d have turned out to see them headline individually.
