Episode 2 is ‘Stranger Things Have Happened‘ – appropriately kicking off with the seminal synth soundtrack that proved that big budget and hype does sometimes work, and when it does it’s a thing to behold. Burial and Trim keep the mysteriousness alive, with the synth drivers remaining a common thread throughout the mix as he moves from house, to experimental to techno through bass movers and beyond. Brownswood, Ninja Tune, Warp, Text, Hospital and Butterz among the heavyweight labels making their presence felt here.
