Daojia
From up in the icy wastes of in the north of Scotland with no prevailing music scene, Daojia has produced beats for about half a decade in almost any electronic genre you could name. Often seen darting about with the Electrikal collective and involved in the running of several Edinburgh nights (including founding Cab Vol’s Innuendub alongside Victor Q) there’s definitely no sleep on the schedule.
Daojia’s one of the illest cats we’ve ever met. His music’s dope, he loves new sounds and by all accounts knows how to kill a party. As well as releases on Povertyblock Daojia’s dropped ‘Riego Street Dub’ with a Scan 7 remix on Awkward Movements.
